Air Cooled Pumps For Effective Hot Oil Transfer
Air-cooled pumps are designed for high pressure and high-temperature applications, providing effective, reliable, efficient, and dependable service for industrial needs.
Cool air pumps separate the fluid from the hot unit unit unit in the pump case through a series of pressure ports located in front of the housing holding or adapter pump case. This single liquid is dispensed through an air-cooled temperature changer by an auxiliary impeller located in the rotor assembly. This design allows the motor and bearing environment to be at a much lower temperature than process liquid, allowing the use of conventional bearings and motor installation significantly reduces initial and long-term operating and maintenance costs and eliminates the need for low-level water cooling.
- Design: The pumps are designed to amplify the machine and the carrier ball from the heat source connecting the pump bag, placing between you both a thermal barrier and cooling machine seal housing and support with natural convection.
- Pump Casing: The impeller of cooling thermic fluid pumps is a single entry, closed and flexible type. The impeller has a rear ring and holes between each fin for axial measurement of pressures.
- Shaft and support: The impeller is mounted at the end of the shaft. The shaft is designed to withstand any mechanical and thermal pressure generated during pump operation with minimal deviation. The bearing housings are made of pointed steel and without acting as the base of the shaft; it also has a mechanical seal. It is fitted with external cooling wings.
- Shaft Seal & Bearings: The closure of the shaft is possible by means of a highly secure mechanical mark, placed in the position, near the second bearing ball near the end of the shaft. The first ball near the casing is smeared with pumped liquid. A secure push box with the following flow point is arranged in front of the first ball bearing and mechanical seal. Even when the mechanical stamp fails, these additional safety features prevent the flow of water from overflowing and in a dangerous manner.
- The second ball bearing is near the end of the shaft and is lubricated for life.
- Materials: To take the hot oil load, the pump bag and impeller are manufactured using Cast Iron which can withstand high temperatures. The push box and the bearing chambers are made of hollow metal (usually GG 26). The shaft is made of high tensile energy material 410 stainless steel.
